Frozen in mid-stride after Syracuse snowfall
My sister-in-law Jeanne and I ran through Onondaga Park in Syracuse, New York, one recent and rare sunny morning while the thermometer was hovering around -3F (-19C) after about a 6- to 8-inch snowfall the day before.
